PERSON ORGANIZATION FIT DAN PSYHOLOGICAL CAPITAL SEBAGAI PREDIKTOR TURNOVER INTENTION PADA KARYAWAN SITE PERTAMBANGAN

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui person organization fit dan psyhological capital sebagai prediktor munculnya turnover intention pada karyawan site pertambangan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan teknisi di PT. X yang berjumlah berjumlah 35 karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner turnover intention (30 aitem; α = 0.924), kuesioner person organization fit (24 aitem: α = 0.882), dan kuesioner psychological capital (15 aitem; α = 0.807). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa person organization fit dan psychological capital dapat menjadi prediktor terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Variabel person organization fit (β= 0.714; р < 0.05), dapat menjadi prediktor yang signifikan, sedangkan variabel psychological capital (β= 0.197) tidak dapat memprediksi turnover intention secara signifikan. Meski begitu, masih banyak faktor – faktor lain yang perlu diperhatikan dan diukur dalam memprediksi turnover intention karyawan site pertambangan.
