The background of the research is motivated by the rampant use of TikTok among children and concerns about its influence on moral development. With a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving 5 grade V students, 5 parents, and 1 homeroom teacher at SDN 1 Kemantren. The results of the study show that TikTok functions as entertainment while supporting cognitive and psychomotor development through creative content. However, overuse causes negative impacts such as ignoring the surrounding environment and delaying parental commands. This study emphasizes the role of teachers and parents in reducing negative effects through consistent guidance, exemplary, and habituation of polite behavior. These findings underscore the importance of balanced digital supervision for TikTok use to align with character education goals.
