Pengaruh Penempatan dan Penugasan Guru terhadap Peningkatan Kualitas Pendidikan: Studi Kasus di SMA Kristen Kalam Kudus Malang

Abstract


Education is one of the main pillars in nation building. The success of the education system
is not only determined by the curriculum implemented, but also the quality of the educators
in charge of the system. In the education arena, teachers play an irreplaceable central role.
They are not only teachers, but also mentors, motivators, and examples for students. This
study will discuss the role of teacher placement and assignment in improving the quality of
education, starting from the equalization of teacher placement and assignment, factors
considered in teacher placement and assignment, obstacles or challenges in teacher
placement and assignment, to strategies for resolving these challenges. This study was
conducted using a qualitative approach, because it is in accordance with the researcher's
aim to reveal in depth the role of teacher placement and assignment in improving the quality
of education. The results of this study explain that the practice of teacher placement and
assignment at Kalam Kudus Christian High School Malang has been running very well, even
to the point that there are no challenges faced when the practice is running.
