Analisis Proses Rekrutmen Sumber Daya Manusia untuk Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di SMA Ar-Rohmah IIBS Putri

Abstract


The improvement of education quality is significantly influenced by the quality of human
resources (HR) within the school environment. One of the key factors in ensuring
educational quality is an effective and efficient recruitment process for teachers and
educational staff. This study aims to analyze the HR recruitment process at SMA
Ar-Rohmah IIBS Putri and its impact on the enhancement of educational quality. The
research method used is qualitative with a case study approach through interviews,
observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that SMA
Ar-Rohmah IIBS Putri implements a systematic recruitment process, which includes
administrative selection, competency tests, interviews, and performance observations of
prospective teachers. This process is designed to ensure that only candidates who meet
the standards of pedagogical and professional competencies, as well as Islamic values,
are accepted. The impact of this selective recruitment is evident in the improvement of
learning quality, discipline, and both academic and non-academic achievements of the
students. This study concludes that a rigorous and structured recruitment process plays a
crucial role in enhancing the quality of education at SMA Ar-Rohmah IIBS Putri.
