Strategi Penerapan Supervisi Instruksional Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Kualitas Pengajaran Guru

Abstract


Peningkatan kualitas pengajaran guru menjadi faktor kunci dalam kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Guru yang kompeten dan terus berkembang sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang efektif. Namun, banyak guru yang menghadapi tantangan dalam metodologi, pengelolaan kelas, dan penerapan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, supervisi instruksional menjadi pendekatan penting dalam mendukung pengembangan kualitas pengajaran guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep supervisi instruksional, memahami peran-peran supervisi instruksional, serta mengidentifikasi strategi-strategi yang efektif dalam menerapkannya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran guru. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Rivew (SLR) dengan model PRISMA (Preffered Reporting Items for Systematic Rivew and Meta-Analysis). Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian adalah supervisi instruksional merupakan suatu proses yang penting dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran di sekolah. Supervisi instruksional memiliki peran penting membantu guru dalam perbaikan metode pengajaran, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif, dan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menghadapi keberagaman budaya siswa. Terdapat tujuh strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam penerapan supervisi instruksional yaitu 1) observasi kelas secara terstruktur, 2) pemberian umpan balik konstruktif, 3) penggunaan berbagai pendekatan dalam melakukan supervisi instruksional, 4) membangun hubugan positif antara supervisor dengan guru, 5) pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan, 6) evaluasi dan refleksi dalam supervisi instruksional, 7) supervisi instruksional berbasis data.
