Abstract
This community service activity was conducted in Pademawu Barat Village, Pamekasan, Madura Island, with the aim of improving the production capacity and marketing of Makmur Jaya MSMEs through the dissemination of the Round Rotational Spinner Machine. Makmur Jaya MSMEs faced challenges in the oil draining process during the production of taro and cassava chips, affecting both product quality and production efficiency. To address this issue, a machine technology was introduced to accelerate the oil draining process and enhance product quality. The activity involved 20 participants, including the business owner and local women’s group members (PKK), and was carried out from July to September 2024. The method used included training, intensive assistance, and workshops. Participants were trained to operate and maintain the Round Rotational Spinner Machine, and were provided with knowledge of digital marketing strategies to expand their market reach. The results showed a significant increase in production capacity, almost doubling the previous output. Additionally, the quality of the chips improved, with a crisper texture and less oil content. Digital marketing also helped the MSME reach a wider market, increasing product demand. In conclusion, the dissemination of this appropriate technology proved effective in enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs in Pamekasan and can be adopted by other MSMEs.
