Sosialisasi Bullying dan Dampaknya Bagi Guru, Orang Tua, dan Siswa Sekolah Dasar
Abstract
Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru, orang tua, dan siswa sekolah dasar terkait bullying dan dampaknya, serta langkah-langkah pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan. Target khusus yang dicapai adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran semua pihak terkait, serta terbangunnya jejaring kerjasama dengan pihak sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi interaktif, diskusi, simulasi kasus, serta penyebaran materi edukatif dan promosi PMB Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang. Capaian kegiatan meliputi peningkatan pemahaman peserta, antusiasme tinggi, publikasi kegiatan di media sosial, dan komitmen awal kerjasama dengan mitra sekolah. Rencana tindak lanjut pendampingan korban bullying dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa.

The purpose of community service activities is to increase the understanding of teachers, parents, and elementary school students regarding bullying and its impacts, as well as preventative measures that can be taken. Specific targets achieved are increasing knowledge and awareness of all related parties, as well as building a collaborative network with schools. The methods used are interactive socialization, discussions, case simulations, and the distribution of educational materials and promotions for PMB Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang. Achievements of the activities include increased participant understanding, high enthusiasm, publication of activities on social media, and an initial commitment to collaboration with school partners. Follow-up plans for mentoring victims of bullying to increase students' interest in learning.
