Kajian Struktur, Sifat Magnet, dan Sifat Biokompatibel Partikel Nano CA9,9825GD0,0175(PO4)6(OH)2
Abstract
Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, partikel nano hidroksiapatit (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2) menjadi material yang banyak dikaji oleh para ahli. Berbagai cara telah diupayakan untuk meningkatkan performa partikel nano Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 agar memiliki sifat dan aplikasi yang lebih baik. Dalam penelitian ini, partikel nano Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 didoping dengan ion Gd3+ membentuk sistem Ca9,9825Gd0,0175(PO4)6(OH)2. Sampel dikarakterisasi dengan XRD, suseptibilitas meter, dan kymograph untuk mengetahui struktur, sifat magnet, dan sifat biokompatibilitasnya. Hasil karakterisasi menunjukkan bahwa partikel nano Ca9,9825Gd0,0175(PO4)6(OH)2berhasil disintesis dalam fasa tunggal dan berstruktur heksagonal. Penambahan ion Gd3+ merubah sifat magnet Ca9,9825Gd0,0175(PO4)6(OH)2menjadi paramagnetik. Akan tetapi, doping tersebut tidak mengubah sifat biokamptibilitas partikel nano Ca9,9825Gd0,0175(PO4)6(OH)2.
