POTRET BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDES) SEBAGAI PILAR PENGEMBANGAN EKONOMI LOKAL DESA

Abstract


The presence of village funds since 2015 has had a significant development impact on the village, be it physical development such as infrastructure, or human resource development through empowerment activities for rural communities. Likewise in development in the economic sector, the existence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is one form of implementation of the use of village funds that was born because of the existence of law number 6 of 2014 concerning villages which gives full authority to villages to regulate themselves in implementing development. The purpose of this study is to capture how the village community as a pillar of village local economic development is able to generate village original income, reduce unemployment, open employment opportunities and become community partners in managing the village's local economic potential so that BUMDes can encourage the movement of the economy in the village. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach with the results of the research showing that BUMDes is able to become a pillar of village economic development, this is measured from the indicators that are the purpose of establishing BUMDes.
