Pengelolaan Kelas Yang Dilaksanakan Guru Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Dalam Mengatasi Keberagaman Kecerdasan Peserta Didik

Abstract


The focus of the research is on classroom management that is carried out by teachers of economics subjects in overcoming the diversity of students' intelligence, especially in creating and maintaining optimal learning conditions and returning them if there are disturbances or behavior that is not as expected in class X-IPS SMA Negeri 2 Malang Academic year 2019/2020. This research uses an inductive approach with descriptive qualitative method. Where in this study the informant retrieval technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The procedure of data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis and checking the validity of the data using source triangulation and method triangulation. While efforts to restore optimal classroom conditions in the event of disturbances or behavior that is not as expected, the teacher carries out corrective procedures for direct and curative dimensions.
