REVITALISASI PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI DI ERA DIGITAL: OPTIMALISASI PERAN PEMUDA UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN SDGS 4 DAN 8

Abstract


Digital transformation has fundamentally changed the landscape of economics education. However, economics education in Indonesia still tends to be conventional and has not fully adapted to technological developments. Furthermore, young people's digital financial literacy
remains low, potentially hampering their readiness to face the digital workforce. This research aims to formulate a strategy for revitalizing technology-based economics education that is relevant, adaptive, and impactful, with a focus on youth contributions to achieving SDGs 4
(Quality Education) and SDGs 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth). The methods used include literature review, policy analysis, and case studies of business simulation-based learning programs and digital accounting. The study results indicate that technology integration,
contextual learning, and cross-sector collaboration can improve youth digital competence, financial literacy, and job readiness.
