Abstract


Abstract: The research aims to develop MOOC content regarding development research skills in finding best practices for counsellor/teacher services in schools. Content and MOOC development is carried out using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The research results show that the development product has met valid criteria, both in terms of appearance and content (accuracy, usability, convenience and attractiveness). These findings have implications for the importance of mastering knowledge and research skills for counsellors in developing their services to students at school.
