PELATIHAN LITERASI KEUANGAN PADA ALUMNI S1 PSIKOLOGI: A ROADMAP TO FINANCIALWELLNESS

Abstract


Abstract: Financial literacy can affect financial wellnewss.Training is carried out by the Faculty of PSikology UM in collaboration with IKA FPSi UM in the context of the Continuous Professional Development Program (PPKB) in the form of online Financial Literacy training. The training was held on Saturday, August 12, 2023 via zoom. The participants totaled 36 undergraduate psychology graduates in 2021-2023 and aimed to improve financial literacy towards financial wellness. Only 12 participants completed the pretest and posttest questionnaires. The questionnaire contained open-ended questions to determine the knowledge and understanding of financial literacy before and after the training. Based on the participants' answers, it was found that: 1) making a financial budget; 2) allocating savings funds; 3) investing; 4) the main consideration in investing is passive income (58%) and risk faktors (17%); 5) the investment instruments chosen are savings and golds.
