Abstract


Women's Non-Formal Education as an effort to improve the skills and knowledge possessed by women in Kanyoran Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. In this research, researchers used data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation studies. Data analysis in this research was by data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of Non-Formal Education are increasing women's empowerment in Kanyoran Village and helping women to become more empowered through the programs held, namely gender equality schools, parenting, hydroponics, batik and ecoprint. With the existence of non-formal education, the women's technical college, which was initiated by the PPK ORMAWA Himaprodi PGSD team at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri, which is located in Kanyoran Village, Semen District, Kediri Regency, can provide knowledge, skills and make women more empowered.
