PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN KARAKTERISTIK SISWA DAN GURU UNTUK ANALISIS PEMBELAJARAN ADAPTIF

Abstract


An initial understanding of the characteristics of students and teachers is necessary to determine the design, model and learning strategy to be used. This is linked to follow-up in the form of comparative analysis that can be used as a basis for learning. Therefore, the developer took the initiative to develop an instrument for student and teacher characteristics using a needs assessment model consisting of pre-assessment (exploration), assessment (data collection) and post-assessment (use). The product is a learning analysis tool that is valid for student characteristics, but less valid for teacher characteristics, so there is a need for related revisions so that this tool can be used. Thus, these steps will help to create a more effective learning environment and ensure continuous improvement in the educational process.
