AFEK POSITIF DI DOMAIN AKADEMIK : APLIKASI THE BROADEN AND BUILD THEORY OF EMOTION (REVIEW SISTEMATIS)
Abstract
Artikel ini menyajikan review sistematis riset-riset yang sudah dilakukan mengenai peran afek positif di domain akademik melalui sudut pandang The Broaden and Build Theory of Emotions. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi berbagai penelitian mengenai peran afek positif di konteks akademik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengkaji, mengevaluasi, dan menafsirkan semua penelitian yang tersedia untuk memenuhi tujuan penelitian. Pencarian literatur dibatasi hanya untuk artikel dengan Bahasa Inggris yang diakses dari pencarian internet di database SpringerLink, Scopus, dan Google Scholar selama kurun waktu antara tahun 2008 sampai tahun 2019 dengan kata kunci positive affect atau positive emotion, academic domain, serta the broaden and build theory. Berdasarkan penelusuran tersebut, diperoleh 12 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa afek positif berperan penting dalam optimalisasi outcome di domain akademik baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung sehingga semakin menguatkan the broaden and build theory di konteks akademik.
