Kecemasan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh Ditinjau dari Pendekatan Psikologi Positif

Abstract


Kecemasan pembelajaran jarak jauh membawa konsekuensi positif maupun negatif bagi mahasiswa. Beragam persepsi mahasiswa tentang pembelajaran jarak jauh diwarnai oleh beragam atribusi individual. Ketika kondisi stres masih dapat dikontrol, maka hal ini cenderung dipersepsikan positif sebagai faktor motivasi yang bernilai positif. Sebaliknya ketika kondisi ketidakpastian di luar kontrol individu serta penghakiman sosial yang bersifat negatif, maka kondisi ketidakpastian berpotensi meningkatkan kecemasan yang selanjutnya menurunkan performansi akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kecemasan pembelajaran jarak jauh ditinjau dari psikologi positif. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui penelusuran kajian pustaka dari berbagai sumber pustaka bereputasi, dengan kata kunci: kecemasan (akademik), pembelajaran jarak jauh, psikologi positif, harga diri pada Google Scholar maupun Science Direct. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam tinjauan psikologi positif lebih menekankan sebagai kecemasan antisipatif untuk menstimulasi kewaspadaan, fokus bertindak dan membangun resiliensi yang relevan dengan tujuan akademik. Dengan demikian penerimaan diri atau penghargaan diri menjadi sentral dari pendekatan psikologi positif.
