Fenomena Burnout Tenaga Kesehatan di Masa Pandemi Covid-19
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran gejala burnout yang terjadi pada petugas kesehatan di rumah sakit selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini berfokus hanya pada burnout yang dialami pegawai di Rumah Sakit. Dalam penulisan artikel ini peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan atau study literature. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa artikel ilmiah. Artikel yang sudah didapat kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik anaisis isi menganalisis dan memahami teks artikel. Sembilan artikel yang sudah didapat menunjukkan hasil yang beragam. Muncul gejala burnout seperti stres, cemas, dan perasaan tertekan pada petugas yang menanganai pasien COVID-19.
