Flow sebagai Prediktor Keterlibatan Akademik pada Mahasiswa: Systematic Review dan Meta-Analysis

Abstract


Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara flow  dan keterlibatan akademik pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan tinjauan literatur sistematis dan meta-analisis untuk mengintegrasikan hasil statistik dari 5  studi dalam enam tahun terakhir, yaitu antara 2015-2021. Peneliti mengambil 5 hasil  studi yang memiliki kualitas yang sangat baik. Peneliti menerapkan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). Kelima hasil studi dikumpulkan melalui beberapa tahapan, seperti, 1) mengidentifikasi masalah, 2) mengumpulkan data, 3) menyaring, 4) menilai data, dan 5) mengekstraksi data. Peneliti memanfaatkan beberapa website; Willey Online Library, DOAJ, dan Science Direct  untuk mendapatkan data. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Software Jamovi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melaporkan temuan meta-analisis yang menilai hubungan antara flow dan keterlibatan akademik pada mahasiswa. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah ada hubungan antara flow dan keterlibatan akademik dengan korelasi gabungan = 0.534 (95% CI = 0,214 hingga 0.620). Variabel antar keduanya adalah positif, yang berarti semakin baik akademik flownya mahasiswa, semakin baik pula mereka terlibat dalam akademiknya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  Flow menjadi prediktor terhadap keterlibatan  akademik mahasiswa.
