Abstract

The Industrial Revolution was marked by the development of information technology and digitalization, making the world narrower and flat, thus demanding adjustments to changes in all aspects of life, including in the industrial world. In an era where the challenges faced by Indonesian companies are increasingly complex and competitive, the need for superior and quality human resources who are able to compete with other countries is increasing. Based on these needs, companies need energetic and dedicated employees, namely employees who have work attachments. A work atmosphere that supports and can meet the needs of workers will create a quality of work life as one of the factors of work engagement. Working individuals spend a large part of their life at work, and often work is brought into their life. Mental stress in a job that results in stunted work can lead to depression and anxiety in him which will affect the mental health of the individual. The author conducted a literature review to see the effect of quality of work life as a form of employee mental health with work engagement during the Covid-19 pandemic.
