Perlindungan Hukum Dan Upaya Melawan Kekerasan Terhadap Guru: Peran Penting Negara Dan Organisasi Profesi
Abstract
Abstract: This research aims to make a synthesis of legal protection and efforts to fight violence against teachers that currently occurs, through the presence of the state and professional organizations in it. This research method is literature, which is conducted by carefully examining the relevant literature to determine its usefulness, reliability, and authority with respect to legal protection and violence against teachers. To conclude the results of data analysis, it is carried out by summarizing important aspects of the literature that are the focus and objectives of the study. Conduct an evaluation of the current state of the reviewed literature. Identify significant deficiencies or gaps in existing knowledge. Then proceed to outline areas for future study. Finally, linking the research results with other relevant sources. The results of this study show that the state needs to be present in the prevention and improvement of various bureaupathologies (bureaucratic diseases) to improve the handling of potential violence against teachers. Bureaucratic reform is needed to the extent that it touches on preventing violence against teachers. Teacher professional organizations should be able to reach all teachers. That reported and unreported incidents can be traced to anticipate various damages. Ultimately action can be taken generated by teachers and schools, and stress faced by teachers and students.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sintesis mengenai perlindungan hukum dan upaya melawan kekerasan terhadap guru yang saat ini terjadi, melalui kehadiran negara dan organisasi profesi didalamnya. Metode penelitian ini ialah literatur, yang dilakukan secara hati-hati memeriksa literatur yang relevan untuk menentukan kegunaan, keandalan, dan otoritasnya sehubungan dengan perlindungan hukum dan kekerasan terhadap guru. Untuk membuat kesimpulan hasil analisis data, dilakukan dengan meringkas aspek-aspek penting dari literatur yang menjadi fokus dan tujuan penelitian. Melakukan evaluasi keadaan literatur yang ditinjau saat ini. Mengidentifikasi kekurangan atau kesenjangan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan yang ada. Kemudian dilanjutkan membuat garis besar area untuk studi masa depan. Terakhir, menghubungkan hasil penelitian dengan sumber lain yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan negara perlu hadir dalam pencegahan dan perbaikan berbagai bureaupathologies (penyakit birokrasi) untuk memperbaiki penanganan potensi kekerasan kepada guru. Reformasi birokrasi diperlukan sampai menyentuh pencegahan kekerasan terhadap guru. Organisasi profesi guru mestinya dapat menjangkau semua guru. Bahwa insiden yang dilaporkan maupun yang tidak dilaporkan, dapat ditelusur untuk dilakukan upaya-upaya antisipasi dari berbagai kerusakan. Pada akhirnya dapat diambil tindakan yang dihasilkan oleh guru dan sekolah, dan stres yang dihadapi oleh guru dan siswa.
