Tranformasi Tenaga Kerja dalam Upaya Peningkatan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Pendidikan (Studi Kasus di TK DW Kuntum Mekar)

Abstract


This study explores the transformation of workforce in enhancing the quality of human
resources in education, specifically at TK DW Kuntum Mekar. The research employs a
qualitative approach through interviews to identify key strategies implemented in the
institution. Findings reveal that a structured professional development program for
educators significantly improves their pedagogical skills and confidence in delivering
innovative teaching methods. The active involvement of school leadership plays a crucial
role in facilitating this transformation, ensuring that teachers receive constructive feedback
and ongoing support. Additionally, parental engagement is highlighted as a vital component,
fostering collaboration between the school and families to create a supportive learning
environment for students. The study indicates that interactive and creative teaching
methods have led to noticeable improvements in students' social, emotional, and cognitive
skills. Overall, the findings suggest that effective workforce transformation is essential for
enhancing educational quality at the early childhood level. This research provides valuable
insights for other educational institutions seeking to implement similar practices to develop
competent future generations.
