Manajemen Rantai Pasok Komoditas Sawit Berkelanjutan di Indonesia Tahun 2005-2022: Analisis Bibliometrik
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis trend kajian sustainable supply chain pada komoditas sawit di Indonesia dari tahun 2005-2022. Selain itu penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi alat analisis dan alat ukur yang digunakan sehingga dari hasil analisis tersebut diharapkan mampu menjadi panduan penelitian selanjutnya terkait topik tersebut. Metode desk study dengan pendekatan mix method yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah bibliometrik analysis dengan bantuan software Vos Viewer 1.6.18 (kuantitatif) serta diperkuat dengan pemahaman mendalam (kualitatif) menggunakan teknik Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Hasil pemetaan bibliometrik kajian sustainable supply chain komoditas sawit di Indonesia sudah ada namun peluang untuk kajian certification, vegetable oils, smallholders dan biodiesel masih sangat terbuka. Slingerland, M merupakan author yang paling banyak disitasi papernya oleh penulis lain Sedangkan penulis yang paling produktif pada kajian ini adalah Dharmawan, A.H. dari IPB. Hal ini membuat IPB dan Indonesia menjadi institusi dan negara paling produktif dalam publikasi kajian topik ini. Tren kajian sustainable supply chain pada komoditas sawit di Indonesia terlihat fluktuatif dan dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan sertifikasi ISPO. Pada alat analisis dan metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini dikategorikan berdasarkan ranah/ domain yang terdiri dari policy and governance, industrial strategy, research trend, serta social impact.
