Perspektif Generasi Milenial Menjadi Young Entrepreneur Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract


Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapat generasi milenial tentang berwirausaha dan menjadi Young Entrepreneur di masa pandemi Covid-19. Pandemi Covid-19 sangat berdampak terhadap perekonomian di seluruh dunia, mengakibatkan banyak orang terpuruk dan kesulitan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Berwirausaha dapat dijadikan sebagai peluang untuk mengatasi hal tersebut terlebih di Indonesia wirausaha masih minim. Generasi milenial menjadi salah satu penggerak untuk terus meningkatkan kegiatan berwirausaha di Indonesia dengan cara menyalurkan ide kreativitas dan minat mereka untuk menciptakan sebuah usaha dalam rangka ikut mensejahterakan masyarakat. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel snowball yang diperoleh dari kegiatan wawancara terhadap generasi milenial yang memiliki tahun kelahiran 1999 – 2000. Hasil temuan pada artikel ini mengungkapkan bahwa sebagian besar generasi milenial berani untuk menjadi Young Entrepreneur dengan menciptakan sebuah usaha yang sesuai dengan minat dan kondisi di masa pandemi Covid-19.
