Pengaruh Praktik Black Retail di E-commerce terhadap Perlindungan Konsumen
Abstract
Aktivitas bisnis ritel saat ini yang semakin ketat mendorong para pelaku bisnis ritel atau perusahaan ritel mempunyai strategi yang jitu agar aktivitas bisnisnya dapat unggul. Menjamurnya ritel sudah menjadi hal yang lumrah dikarenakan negara ini merupakan negara berkembang yang memiliki banyak sekali penduduk yang kebanyakan membeli barang dalam bentuk eceran. Industri ritel terus berubah seiring dengan perubahan teknologi, perkembangan dunia usaha, dan tentunya kebutuhan konsumen, menjadikan proses keputusan pembelian konsumen berbeda-beda. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berdampak pada lahirnya ekonomi baru, ditandai dengan fenomena bisnis berbasis internet atau e-commerce. Dengan begitu banyak oknum tidak bertanggung jawab menjual produk-produk palsu dengan harga terjangkau untuk menarik minat konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dimana untuk menganalisis pengaruh praktik black Retail di E-Commerce terhadap perlindungan konsumen . Hasil estimasi menunjukkan perkembangan e-commerce yang direpresentasikan melalui perkembangan nilai transaksi e-commerce, perkembangan jumlah situs bisnis, dan jumlah pengguna internet terbukti berpengaruh terhadap perlindungan konsumen. Hasil ini membenarkan bahwa perkembangan yang semakin pesat banyak oknum yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Namun demikian, dengan banyak terjadinya tindak penipuan yang dilakukan oleh oknum-oknum yang tidak bertanggung jawab dapat menyebabkankerigian terhadap konsumen.
