Sustainable Fixed Income Instruments: Mapping Trends and Setting a Future Research Agenda

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri perkembangan literatur mengenai instrumen pendapatan tetap berkelanjutan dan mengidentifikasi kesenjangan penelitian yang ada. Dengan menggunakan metode systematic literature review dan analisis bibliometrik terhadap 501 artikel terindeks Scopus dari tahun 2016 hingga 2024, studi ini memetakan lanskap penelitian melalui kerangka PRISMA. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa literatur didominasi oleh obligasi hijau sebagai sinyal komitmen lingkungan, yang dianalisis melalui Teori Sinyal. Namun, terdapat kesenjangan signifikan dalam eksplorasi sukuk berkelanjutan sebagai instrumen "sinyal ganda" yang unik, yang mengkomunikasikan komitmen ESG dan kepatuhan Syariah secara simultan. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah perlunya peningkatan kredibilitas sinyal untuk melawan greenwashing dan agenda penelitian masa depan yang berfokus pada analisis komparatif antara obligasi dan sukuk.
