Inovasi Mesin Kue Semprong Oval Automatic Spray-Bake Dalam Meningkatkan Produksi Produk Olahan Hasil Panen Wilayah Pada UMKM di Desa Wonorejo

Abstract
This community service activity was carried out in Wonorejo Village, aiming to enhance production capacity and product quality at SMEs through the implementation of the Oval Semprong Cake Automatic Spray-Bake Machine. The machine technology was designed to distribute batter evenly and bake with precision, ensuring better product quality.The method included several stages, starting from designing and manufacturing the machine at Universitas Negeri Malang to mentoring on its usage and maintenance. The activities took place from April to August 2024, involving five SME employees as training participants. The training focused on introducing the machine components, operation, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance. Additionally, participants were trained to handle basic technical issues through intensive troubleshooting sessions. The results showed a significant increase in production capacity, with faster processing times and more consistent product quality. Evaluations conducted through interviews and observations indicated that the machine successfully met the partner's production needs. In conclusion, the application of this appropriate technology plays a crucial role in increasing the competitiveness of SMEs in the market and can be adopted by other SMEs in the future.
