Abstract
This community service activity was conducted in Duren Village, Pamekasan, with the goal of improving the productivity and quality of local jenang production through the implementation of Jenang Mixer Machine with Speed Control Sensor. This topic was chosen because the manual jenang production process has been inefficient and inconsistent in maintaining product quality. The machine technology is designed to optimize stirring speed based on the consistency of the dough, aimed at improving both efficiency and product quality. The community service methods used include training, mentoring, and demonstrations, involving 10 participants, consisting of 6 employees of Sanggar Mayangkara Wijaya and 4 local residents. The activities were conducted from July to September 2024 in Duren Village. During the initial phase, participants were introduced to machine operation and maintenance through intensive training and mentoring. Practical sessions allowed participants to independently operate the machine. The results showed an increase in production efficiency, with shorter mixing times and more consistent product quality. Post-activity evaluations indicated participant satisfaction with the technology. In conclusion, this technology successfully improved the competitiveness of jenang production and is recommended for adoption by similar MSMEs.
