Seleksi Sumber Daya Tenaga Keperawatan di Rumah Sakit

Abstract


Kualitas pelayanan Rumah Sakit ditentukan oleh tenaga keperawatan proses recruitment merupakan salah satu fungsi dari manajer sumber daya keperawatan yang berperan dalam merencanakan,menghitung jumlah tenaga dan penjadwalan tenaga keperawatan,pemanfaatan sumber daya yang baik dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal untuk pelayanan yang bermutu. Mampu menganalisis dan mengaplikasikan tehnik recruitmen dan seleksi yang efektif Sebagai bagian dari elemet penting pada Manajemen Sumber Daya Tenaga Keperawatan. Hasil review literatur mulai dari tahun 2015 -201. Hasil Dari artikel yang mejelaskan tentang recruitment dan seleksi seluruhnya menyatakan bahwa proses perekrutan dan seleksi merupakan awal menilai kualitas seorang perawat dalam melakukan pelayanan, yang tidak lepas dari fungsi manajer sumber daya manusia yang mampu menilai dan menempatkan sesuai minta dan kemampuannya. Recruitment merupakan salah satu element penting dalam peningkatan mutu dan kualitas layanan di rumah sakit sehingga perlu dilakukan perencanaan dan peramalan yang baik di lihat dari kemampuan financial, posisi rumah sakit dan program sumber daya manusia yang baik melalui peran dan fungsi seorang manajer sumber daya keperawtan.

Abstract

Background The quality of hospital services is determined by nursing staff. The recruitment process is one of the functions of the nursing resource manager who plays a role in planning, calculating the number of staff and scheduling nursing staff, good utilization of resources can be utilized optimally for quality services. Objectives Able to analyze and apply effective recruitment and selection techniques As part of the important elements in Nursing Human Resource Management Systematic review method is a systematic review through journal reviews regarding the recruitment and selection process of nursing staff. The results of the articles explaining about recruitment and selection all state that the recruitment and selection process is the beginning of assessing the quality of a nurse in providing services, which cannot be separated from the function of the human resource manager who is able to assess and place according to their requests and abilities. Conclusion Recruitment is one of the important elements in improving the quality and quality of services in hospitals so that good planning and forecasting are needed in terms of financial capabilities, hospital positions and good human resource programs through the role and function of a nursing resource manager.
