PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA BELAJAR MOOC BAGI GURU PAMONG PPL PPG UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MALANG

Abstract


Salah satu teknologi cyber system yang saat ini sedang ‘populer’ yaitu Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). Menyikapi perkembangan teknologi tersebut, maka melakukan studi awal difokuskan pada para guru pamong PPL PPG pada tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD) di Kota Malang yang merupakan sumber ilmu dan fasilitator utama saat para mahasiswa PPG melakukan praktik pengalaman lapangan di sekolah. Temuan-temuan tersebut dapat diperikan sebagai berikut : (a) sebanyak 80% guru pamong PPL PPG jenjang SD di Kota Malang belum memahami tenologi MOOC sebagai salah satu media belajar yang efektif; (b) para guru pamong PPL PPG membutuhkan suatu media yang mampu menyajikan video interaktif untuk membimbing mahasiswa PPL PPG; (c) terbatasnya pengetahuan guru pamong PPL PPG dalam membuat MOOC; (d) saat hari libur, guru pamong mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan konsultasi dan bimbingan kepada para mahasiswa PPL; dan (e) para guru pamong memerlukan pelatihan mendalam efektif untuk membuat MOOC sebagai media dan sumber belajar mahasiswa PPL PPG. Mitra pada kegiatan Program kemitraan dengan masyarakat (PKM) ini yaitu guru pamong PPL PPG tingkat SD se-Gugus 7 Kec. Blimbing Kota Malang, yaitu ada 9 SD. Dari kegiatan tersebut dihasilkan beberapa dampak positif. Pertama, para peserta diharapkan mampu menghasilkan media belajar berupa MOOC yang interaktif untuk mengajar PPL PPG UM. Kedua, skill para peserta dalam menggunakan dan mengembangkan teknologi meningkat. Ketiga, pemahaman dan ketrampilan para peserta diharapkan mempu meningkat minimal 85% dari sebelum pelatihan dilaksanakan.
