Geliat Upaya Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Melalui Inisasi Pembentukan Sentra Ukm Sorgum Desa Telaga

Abstract


Desa Telaga memiliki potensi ekonomi yang besar, terutama dalam pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan
Menengah (UMKM) olahan sorgum. Namun, para pelaku UMKM di desa ini menghadapi sejumlah tantangan signifikan yang menghambat pertumbuhan usaha mereka, termasuk masalah dalam hal kemasan produk, pemasaran digital, dan pencatatan keuangan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, sebuah program pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah dirancang, yang berfokus pada pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif. Melalui implementasi program ini, para pelaku UMKM sorgum di Desa Telaga kini mampu melakukan branding produk mereka, menguasai strategi pemasaran digital, dan mengelola pencatatan keuangan dengan lebih modern. Keberhasilan ini
diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing produk dan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.

Telaga Village has great economic potential, especially in the development of micro, small, and medium
enterprises (MSMEs) processing sorghum. However, MSME players in this village face a number of significant challenges that hinder the growth of their businesses, including problems with product packaging, digital marketing, and financial record keeping. To overcome these problems, a community service program has been designed, focusing on intensive training and mentoring. Through the implementation of this program, sorghum MSME players in Telaga Village are now able to brand their products, master digital marketing strategies, and manage financial records in a more modern way. This success is expected to increase product competitiveness and community welfare
in a sustainable manner.
