Pemberdayan Masyarakat Melalui Pelatihan Marketplace Online Dalam Pemasaran Produk Lokal di Desa Cilember

Abstract
Improving the welfare of rural communities requires empowerment strategies that leverage local potential. One relevant approach is developing digital-based entrepreneurship through online marketplaces. This community service program was implemented in Cilember Village, Cisarua District, Bogor Regency, with the aim of equipping the community with skills in marketing local products through social media and the Shopee Partner platform. The activity method was descriptive qualitative, with stages of observation, training, mentoring, and evaluation. A total of 128 respondents were observed, of which 42 (32.8%) were active internet users, but only 24 (18.8%) utilized social media for promotion. After the training, 87% of participants understood how to use marketplaces, and more than 50% successfully created Shopee Partner accounts and uploaded products independently. These results indicate an increase in digital literacy and technology-based entrepreneurial skills. In conclusion, utilizing online marketplaces can strengthen village economic independence and expand the marketing reach of local products.
