Preliminary Analysis Kelayakan Usaha Masyarakat Wisata Sawah Desa Huntu Selatan, Provinsi Gorontalo

Abstract

Due to the presence of rice fields, urban communities are saturated with the atmosphere of city noise, they will prefer to take a walk to see the expanse of rice fields. So that paddy fields have the potential as a tourist destination. One of the innovations made by the community in South Huntu Village, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province is to form a Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) to take opportunities in the village with the potential for rice fields that are still very original and wide. By making a bridge over the rice fields along with photo spots and places to eat and drink. This provides opportunities for the surrounding community, especially land owners, to be able to find work by providing tourism facilities as well as food and beverage businesses. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the community's business in the food and beverage business in the context of community empowerment in South Huntu Village. The collection of data and information is in the form of quantitative descriptive with detailed interviews with the people who carry out the business. The results of the analysis show that community businesses in the form of snacks, heavy meals, and drinks for one year have a total cost of Rp. 360,997.002,-. With a net income of Rp. 1,481,752,998,-, the R/C Ratio is 5,10 is > from 1, the B/C ratio value is 4,10 indicating that with a capital of Rp. 1,- then the three businesses will get a profit of 4.10 times.
