Pengaruh Partisipasi Anggota terhadap Keberhasilan Koperasi (Studi Kasus Pada Koperasi Wanita Sejahtera)

Abstract

The main objective of this research was to determine the effect of member participation on the success of the “Wanita Sejahtera” Cooperative, Nglayang Village, Jenang District, Ponorogo
Regency. The research carried out is included in descriptive quantitative research. From the research that has been done, it is found that the participation of cooperative members, which is
reflected through the participation of members in various cooperative activities and cooperative business fields, has a significant effect on the success of the Wanita Sejahtera’s Cooperative. The success of the Wanita Sejahtera’s Cooperative is reflected in the achievement of the RATs target,the increase in the number of SHUs, and the development of cooperatives going forward. When the members of the Wanita Sejahtera’s Cooperative actively buy cracker raw materials in the cooperative, the profit generated by the cooperative will also increase, and vice versa. The
presence of members in meetings and activities organized by cooperatives is important to contribute to new innovations for the sustainability of the cooperative. One of the achievements
of the RATs target is the independence of the cooperative in capital, which can be met from the savings of members. In the future, it is hoped that cooperative members will have high awareness to jointly achieve cooperative goals.
