Analisis Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Santri Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha di Pondok Pesantren

Abstract


The existence of Islamic boarding schools is expected to become an institution that contributes as an agent of change in order to create qualified individuals who have skills and expertise. The
purpose of this study is to reveal the position of the Baitul Jannah Malang Islamic Boarding School during economic empowerment towards entrepreneurial interest and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The method in this research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques taken were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The data
collected through samples with purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the interview index, the implementation of economic empowerment for students through the Santri Activity
Unit stage of entrepreneurship and field practice can encourage entrepreneurial participation and increase interest, motivation, productivity and independence. This is evidenced by the presence of several santri who became entrepreneurs.
