Renew dan Rebranding Koperasi Digital pada Koperasi Mahasiswa (KOPMA) Universitas PGRI Ronggolawe Tuban
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe how to manage and introduce digital cooperatives to members and students of Unirow Tuban by looking at cooperative stakeholders, namely supervisors, administrators, members and work programs carried out in the past period to support digital cooperatives. This research was conducted at the PGRI Ronggolawe University Student Cooperative, Tuban. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting descriptive research. The perpetrators involved include members, administrators and supervisors of KOPMA. The findings section of this study contains, among other things, wanting to renew and introduce (rebranding) digital cooperatives by formulating new breakthroughs regarding student cooperatives that take advantage of digital sophistication using existing social media, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and etc. With the aim of advancing the Unirow Tuban student cooperative. In terms of the use of digital media, Kopma Unirow has made the most of technology in accordance with the available media. However, there are still several obstacles including lack of mastery in IT, lack of knowledge of digital media and the low quality of Human Resources. In this 4.0 era, it is hoped that members, administrators and supervisors of Kopma can apply and take advantage of existing technology for the advancement of student cooperation.
