Pengaruh Dukungan Kebijakan Pemerintah Dan Identitas Social Enterprise Terhadap Inovasi Bisnis Kampung Marketer
Abstract
Social entrepreneurship is currently overgrowing, which is an alternative solution in solving social problems in society. This study aimed to determine the effect of government policy support and social enterprise identity on business innovation. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. One hundred twenty employees of Kampung Marketer were obtained as respondents who filled out the questionnaire using the google form. The collected data was then analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that government policy support does not affect business innovation. Government policies and regulations that the government has set have not succeeded in supporting business innovation development. This could be because the rules set are very rigid and inflexible, following the principles of social entrepreneurship. Social enterprise identity affects business innovation. The essence of the social enterprise, among reputation, good
service, corporate value and responsibility to customers, is the main element supporting the business innovation of Kampung Marketer's business.
