Analisis Pola Pendidikan Keluarga Dalam Menanamkan Jiwa Kewirausahaan Pada Anak (Studi Kasus Pengusaha Manik-Manik Desa Plumbon Gambang Kecamatan Gudo Kabupaten Jombang)

Abstract

The role of the family, especially parents as the first educator who lays the most important foundation for the growth and development of children's thinking. Without the provision of personality from a good family, children will be easily influenced by the environment because they do not have good life principles. so that family education, especially parents, plays a very important role in cultivating a superior person who is needed in the field of entrepreneurship and other areas of life. This study was conducted with the aim of finding out how the entrepreneurial spirit is seen from the implementation of entrepreneurial values in the family, what educational methods are used to implement entrepreneurial values, and the pattern of family education that results in instilling an entrepreneurial spirit in children in beaded entrepreneur families. manik Gambang Village, Gudo District, Jombang Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method with the type of case study. The technique of determining the informants in this study used purposive sampling to bead entrepreneurs in Gambang Village, Gudo District, Jombang Regency. The procedure for collecting data is through in-depth interviews, documentation, data analysis and checking the validity of the data using source triangulation. The findings of this study are first, the cultivation of an entrepreneurial spirit has been carried out by instilling the characteristics of an entrepreneurial spirit, namely, the value of self-confidence, honesty, discipline, independence, responsibility, task and result-oriented, risk-taking, leadership, future-oriented, and creative. The two educational methods used are the internalization method, the habituation method, and the exemplary method. Third, there is a democratic pattern in family education. This finding is useful for bead entrepreneurs so that in instilling an entrepreneurial spirit in children accompanied by direct training in running a business so that children have more experience.
