Abstract


This study examines the transition in school facility management from manual methods to a website-based digital system to support sustainable education in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The background of this study is the use of manual systems, which are ineffective, prone to errors, and make it difficult to track information. The objective of this study is to evaluate the system transition process, the implementation of the website, and its impact on efficiency, transparency, and sustainability in the management of facilities and infrastructure at State Senior High School 6 Malang. The methodology employed in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. For data analysis, the interactive model developed by Miles and Huberman was used. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of a website can improve administrative efficiency, accelerate the borrowing and return process, and facilitate real-time data monitoring. Additionally, the digital system enhances transparency while reducing paper usage. In conclusion, digital transformation not only improves the effectiveness of facilities and infrastructure management, but also supports the realization of an adaptive education system that is ready to integrate AI technology.
