Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Think Stack Economy Berbasis ADDIE sebagai Upaya Mengatasi Ketergantungan Siswa terhadap AI

Abstract


This study aims to develop an innovative learning medium called Think Stack Economy as an effort to reduce students’ dependence on AI, while also increasing their engagement in the economics learning process. This medium is adapted from the Uno Stacko game, modified into colored blocks equipped with QR codes containing economics materials and questions. This study uses the Research & Development (R&D) approach based on the ADDIE model, specifically the analyze, design, and develop phases. Validation results show that the content component achieved a score of 77%, categorized as acceptable with revisions, while the media component achieved 90.8%, categorized as acceptable without revisions. The results of the small-group trial showed an average percentage of 83%, while the large-group trial reached 86%, covering aspects of learning interest, ease of use, student engagement, comprehension, and the reduction of dependence on AI. The results of the media innovation indicate that the Think Stack Economy media can increase student engagement, foster critical thinking, and provide a more interactive and enjoyable learning environment.
