Isu-isu Etika Penggunaan Tes Psikologi dalam Bimbingan Konseling
Abstract
Tes psikologi dalam bimbingan konseling diselenggarakan berdasarkan tujuan memprediksi, mendeskripsi, dan terapi. Implementasinya harus dilakukan secara profesional dan beretika. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi etika penggunaan tes psikologi dalam bimbingan konseling. Penulis menelaah konsep etika, moralitas dan hukum; pengambilan keputusan secara etis; serta isu-isu etika dan hukum dalam penyelenggaraan dan penggunaan tes psikologi dalam bimbingan konseling.
