ATRIBUSI BAWAHAN DAN PEMIMPIN BERKARISMA
Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat bagaimana keefektifan dari kepemimpinan karismatik apabila dilihat dari perspektif seorang bawahan yang ditelaah dari artikel penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan literatur, baik primer maupun sekunder yang kemudian dianalisis dan disajikan. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukan bahwa dalam persepsi seorang bawahan terhadap kepemimpinan karismatik dapat dipengaruhi oleh aspek fisik dan psikis. Aspek fisik menunjukan kepemimpinan dapat dipersepsikan berkarisma apabila ditinjau dari gender dan usia. Sedangkan aspek psikis menunjukkan kepemimpinan dapat dipersepsikan berkarisma apabila mampu menciptakan rasa kepercayaan, kepuasan, dan perasaan diberdayakan dari bawahannya.
