Pemetaan Pertumbuhan Bakteri dan Karakteristiknya dari Kultur dan Resistensi Sputum di RSAU dr. M. Salamun Bandung pada periode Januari – April 2023

Abstract


Pemeriksaan kultur dan resistensi dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memeriksa keberadaan bakteri dan jamur pada sampel pasien. Keberadaan mikroorganisme dalam tubuh dapat menyebabkan infeksi yang berpotensi menyebabkan kematian. Penelitian dilakukan dengan berfokus pada sampel sputum karena frekuensi permintaannya yang jauh lebih banyak daripada sampel lainnya. Prosedur dilakukan dengan menghimpun data dalam periode Januari hingga April 2023 dan mengolah untuk mencari hasil pertumbuhan terbanyak. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah Klebsiella pneumonia ssp pneumoniae merupakan bakteri dengan pertumbuhan terbanyak selama periode tersebut. Pemetaan dan karakteristik bakteri ini perlu untuk dilakukan sebagai jejak rekam pemeriksaan di RSAU dr. M. Salamun. Kata kunci: bakteri, jamur, karakteristik, sputum
