Abstract

Dasan Cermen Store Complex Mataram was a mass made up of a community that made some money to improve people’s living, so it isn’t uncommon for people to visit every day. This building houses two floors of employees or staff, valuables and archives to be protected in case of a fire. So it requires the application of component fire systems to the building. The purpose of this study is to know the availability of components of the fire safety system and the reliability of the fire safety systems of Dasan Cermen Store Complex Mataram. The method of this study involved a quantitative descriptive description of the building’s safety system’s reliability to fire hazards. The dosing was done using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods and reliability value assessments of building safety systems. The results of the building’s safety system safety value analysis are 50.9915% or K (less). Assessment using the analytical method of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) shows variable consistency of the building’s safety system (KSKB); there is a value of CR 0.0252, because of CR < 0.100, thus the preference for housekeeping is consistent. Recommendations are recommended for periodic checkups, periodic maintenance treatments, periodic maintenance or repairs, element repairs, and inadequate components to sustain reliability and safety against fire hazards on the Dasan Cermen Store Complex in Mataram.
