BUDAYA DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI SEBAGAI PENENTU MOTIVASI KERJA GURU DI SEKOLAH

Abstract


Abstract: Organizational climate and culture has significance role in enhancing organizational performance and development and increasing work motivation. Researchers found effects of the two factors varied among teachers’ performance. This study examines the influence of organizational climate and culture on teachers’ motivation. Data were explored from a literature review that discussed multidimensional factors as well as environment, teamwork, management efficiency, participation, assessment, recognition, competency, and commitment. These factors were found to influence motivation. Most teachers experienced high work motivation if they are familiar with the existing culture and climate.
