Kebutuhan Konsultan dalam Menghadapi Tantangan Pendidikan Abad 21 di Indonesia

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kebutuhan konsultan dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan abad 21 di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah penelitian literature review dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Langkah-langkah penelitian meliputi identifikasi, pemilihan literature, hasil deskripsi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan adalah meningkatnya kebutuhan konsultan pendidikan abad 21 di Indonesia untuk dapat dijadikan sebagai panduan dari perencanaan strategis jangka panjang melalui kreatifitas, inovasi, dan teknologi modern dalam mencapai suatu tujuan organisasi pendidikan masa depan yang sukses.

Kata Kunci: konsultan pendidikan, tantangan pendidikan, pendidikan abad 21.
