Implementasi Multicultural Leadership Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Di Satuan Pendidikan

Abstract


Penerapan Multicultural Leadership di SMAN 2 Taruna Bhayangkara Jawa Timur membawa dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap mutu sekolah. Dalam hal prestasi akademik, lingkungan yang inklusif dan mendukung mendorong siswa untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran, memotivasi mereka untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih baik. Mereka merasa diterima dan didukung, sehingga peningkatan prestasi akademik menjadi nyata. Selain itu, penerapan ini juga mengurangi ketidaksetaraan dan diskriminasi di sekolah, menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih adil dan merata. Dampaknya juga terlihat dalam pengembangan keterampilan sosial siswa, seperti toleransi dan empati, yang memberikan kontribusi penting dalam perkembangan karakter siswa.
