Psikologi rehabilitasi cedera olahraga pada atlet

Abstract


Tujuan dari tinjauan ini adalah untuk memberikan pandangan keadaan tentang psikologi rehabilitasi cedera olahraga dengan menganalisis literatur. Pada bagian pertama menyajikan model teoritis kontekstualisasi cedera olahraga, proses motivasi yang mendasari pemulihan, dan pengaruh faktor sosial dan kontekstual. Bagian kedua berfokus pada kemungkinan intervensi psikologis dan pengaruhnya terhadap proses rehabilitasi. Kesimpulan dari artikel review ini adalah psikologi rehabilitasi sangat membantu pemulihan pada atlet yang mengalami trauma setelah terjadinya cedera.
