Is it worth it to start TuCa (Tutor Class) Business Plan as an Order Tutor Digital Platform?

Abstract


This research aims to see that TuCa, an application that intercessors to bring students together with tutors needs to be realized. The research methods used are qualitative and quantitative research methods. Qualitative methods are used in competitor analysis, management aspects, and location and marketing aspects. Quantitative methods are used in financial aspects where we use payback period analysis and sensitivity levels. Research is carried out through several stages: finding ideas, conducting research, evaluation, selection of ideas, stages of pre production, and stages of production. The results of the study show that TuCa's business plan is worth realizing.
