MANFAAT AKTIVITAS FISIK TERHADAP KEBUGARAN SISWA DALAM PEMBALAJARAN PENDIDIKAN JASMANI

Abstract


The body's ability to perform various activities from low-intensity to high-intensity activities without feeling severe fatigue is physical fitness. This study aims to describe the benefits of physical activity on student fitness in physical education learning. This type of research is a qualitative research that is a literature study (Liberary Research) which uses various literature studies to strengthen research analysis. Data collection was carried out through online searches on Google Scholar with the data collection keywords used, namely the benefits of physical activity on student fitness in physical education learning. The results of the analysis of 15 international journals from relevant sources show that the benefits of physical activity on students' physical fitness in learning physical education are very influential in changes in physical fitness in students including a student having a strong mentality, good health and improvement in a sport which is then mastered. by students.
